Personal Data Protection

GUASCOR POWER SAU- (hereinafter GUASCOR POWER) requests certain personal data from the users of their website www.guascorpower.com for registrations or subscriptions for certain services. The data provided by users will be incorporated in a personal data archive, property of GUASCOR POWER, which will be processed with the objective of providing services as requested by users. Users authorize GUASCOR POWER to include their personal data in the respective archives, as well as the use and automatic treatment (or not) of the data for the operational management and records as agreed upon by the two parties.

The personal information collected from registered users is stored in a database for which GUASCOR POWER is responsible, which contains the technical, organizational and security measures that guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999, dated December 13th, and Royal Decree 1720/2007, dated December 13th, which establishes the approved Development Regulations for the Personal Data Protection Law 15/1999, and other applicable regulations.

Users will be informed of and must give their express consent for the use of their personal data, with the objective of developing commercial, promotional and advertising activities, whether general in nature or adapted to personal characteristics, authorizing GUASCOR POWER to transfer said data or, where applicable, connect with third parties who constitute part of the Guascor Group of Companies in the following industries: energy, industrial, solar, and promotional, which will be included on the website www.guascor.com to be used by these companies for advertising and marketing campaigns, market studies, offers of goods and services, and/or the provision of other similar or complementary services, as long as they are related to the corporate mission of the Guascor Group of Companies.

The consent provided herein by the undersigned for the communication of their personal data to third parties is revocable at all times, without retroactive effects.
